IMPACT 2025 is back again this October!

Designed especially for the age groups 30s and 40s, the annual retreat brings together individuals from across Christian denominations for a meaningful time of fellowship, but more importantly to be immersed in real and deep conversations in non-intimidating sessions and in fresh formats which provide for curated focus group and "fireside chat" (casual/semi-formal) sessions.

Theme for this year camp "ROOTED- Grow Deep, Live Strong"

An unwavering faith journey towards living life in resilience roots from realigning with God’s perfect will for our lives. Being established in faith, it is a divine reset, restoration and renewal - a constant act of being deeply rooted in Christ and a call for us to live strong and to flourish in His Kingdom.

Camp Scripture : Colossians 2 : 6 - 7 (NIV)

So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in him, rooted and built up in him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness.

Plenary Speaker

Life has been an adventure with God for Choon Khing ever since her conversion in 1966. From an early infantile understanding of God’s call to nursing in UK (1970-75), she gradually discovered that her varied stations in life, are merely creative expressions of God’s primary call as God’s beloved, whether as a nurse, midwife, missionary, social worker, librarian, counselor, seminary lecturer, or a spiritual director. She is passionate about investing her life in eternity, because of a strong conviction that there is only one life to live, and life has no rehearsal.

After 28 yrs in theological education, she took early retirement in 2014, to focus on spiritual direction & retreat work that has evolved into the Contemplative Companions Spiritual Direction Formation Program (CSDP) in Nov 2017 to train spiritual directors. She authored Discerning God in our Life: The Dance of Two Wills (Singapore: STM & Genesis Books, 2016).

In this later season of life, her focus is to provide spiritual direction, pastoral supervision, training spiritual directors & supervisors, and together with a few missional spiritual directors to launch a Mandarin spiritual directors formation program in Malaysia.

She is grateful for her husband, Dr Chow Heap Yeong, a fellow pilgrim in this faith journey, to grow together in God’s Delight, becoming conduits of God’s Love and Grace in our generation.

Workshop Speaker

Eddryll Teo serves with FES Malaysia in the Southern Region, discipling students to grow in Christlikeness and helping them see their campus as their mission field. With a heart that beats at the intersection of faith, culture, and the digital world, he believes discipleship should be a norm, not a privilege reserved for a few.

Holding a background in psychology, Bachelor's of theology, missions, and ministry (B.A.), as well as a Master of Divinity, Eddryll brings both pastoral heart and theological depth to his ministry with students.

He is the co-host of the Teo-Logy podcast, founder of Malaysian Christian Memes, and creator of The Fellowship Game, a fun discipleship tool that sparks intentional conversations. Whether online or over kopi, he is passionate about building redemptive spaces, guiding young adults to think theologically about their studies, their stories, and their screens.

He spends most of his time walking with students, writing on discipleship ideas (both for the physical and digital world), and dreaming of a generation that lives on mission—both in person and in the wild world of Cybernation.
